Kurt Rosenwinkel Standards Trio
Kurt Rosenwinkel is acclaimed as one of the leading lights of the next generation of jazz artists. A Verve recording artist, he has performed with some of the biggest names in contemporary jazz including Joe Henderson, Joshua Redman, Brian Blade and Brad Meldhau, has released four albums under his own name and is currently working on his fifth.
A tenured professor at the Jazz Institute of Berlin, Kurt Rosenwinkel received formal training at Berklee College of Music in Boston and later apprenticed with Gary Burton and Paul Motian’s Electric Bebop Band. Tonight’s performance features Eric Revis on bass and Rodney Green on drums.
